It appears to be the "Winchester gray metallic" EXPORT HEMI'Cuda & has Colorado Dealer ('82?) plates on it. I'm sure the car came back stateside much later & didn't visit Columbus until sometime in the '90s after Tom Lembeck (Chicago, IL) purchased it.
The pictures were with my 1982 St Louis meet pictures, but I thought they had been mis-filed... I missed the license plate date. Maybe they are from St Louis after all!
The car clearly looks green in the original prints... I wish my negatives were organized!

This is a great thread guys, thanks for posting the pics.
I love the rows of Volare/Aspen cars. Kinda like the rows of new Chargers and Challengers people show today. One thing I remember from going to the nats in the 90's that you don't see today are the cool tow rigs. One shot back a few pages showed a custom painted/striped dually, that's cool!

Someone tap me on the shoulder when this thread gets into the 90's. I have a TON of pics from 91 through 99.

This thread, like all others, is not going to logically lead to the 90s. It is going to hop all around as different posters find their old pics... Contact the thread starter and see what he wants to do... open this thread up, or someone start a new one.
How about 3 threads: 1981-1990 (this thread already exceeding the initial 81-84) The Early Years, 1991-2000 The Mid Years, & 2001-2010 The Late Years. Each subsequent decade will probably have more pics than the ones before it...

Good Idea XS29. Break it into decades 1981-89,90-99,00-10. What about pre 1981 NHOA meets the beginning years.
A couple years ago at Mopars at Carlisle Mark a friend of many brought slides of the first meets of the National Hemi Owners and other 1970s events and showed them outside the hotel room.. Should of shown them at the Meet instead of the hotel wall so everyone could of seen these awesome pictures.

Sounds fine to me... lets see what P1970HeMICuDA thinks about it since he got the ball rolling with this thread... Only drawback to running a pre-80s thread is the would likely be very few pictures to be found... the thread might die out quickly because of that.
Try contacting the guy who brought the slides... they can be scanned directly by some scanners. I would really like to see them!!!
