Historically, the PS Mopars seems to qualify well in the high altitude of Denver. My theory is, because the air is thinner, power will be down for all of the cars, but the cars with less aerodynamic bodies will be more competitive in that thinner air. That's assuming the Mopars aren't as slippery as the GM cars, but I have no evidence of that, that's why my theory is just a theory.
On WFO radio NHRA Tuesday, Allen said that they have done twice as much testing at that track than any other PS team, and have figured out setups for both engine and chassis.

Great job Alan. Now if we could figure out a tuneup for altitude, I'd be real happy. We raced at 4000 ft DA today and our car ran like crap. (I know you guys in Denver are laughing at us).

I didn't laugh, but did crack a smirk.
Ten years ago I brought my mostly street '69 Coronet 440 from Hawaii to Denver. I needed to put it through emissions here and found I couldn't adjust the carb (an emissions VS Holley) at this altitude. Had it been any other carb, it probably wouldn't have been an issue. But, I was determined to use the emissions Holley. I had to tear into the metering block, epoxy up the air bleed (if that's what's behind the plugs in the top of the block - it's been too long for my memory) and drill a smaller hole on each side. It did the trick and I was able to properly adjust the carb to get it pass emissions.
Not quite the same as tuning for racing, but it was an eye opener to go from sea level to 6000 ft. Never did get that car to Bandimere to see how much it slowed down due to the altitude.
