does any body sell the black paint that goes on a rallye dash heater bezle on my 71 cuda thanks

IT is wrinkle paint. You can pick it up at any auto parts store.
Follow the instructions on the can to a letter if you want good results.
Many makes available including Harley Davidson which is quite good.
VHT, Duplicolor, Plastikote and others.
