18psi, street or strip, hooks everytime...
Phill, how well did they hook on the street??
Mike, how fast is your car? Does it have a problem spinning the tire? The old cuda if I hammered it hard on the street would spin but just let off and it would hook and keep the power on. I see you just put SS springs on, The cuda just has 02/03 SS springs with no snubber, clamped the front leafs, I think the pinion is down 5*. 1.36 60' times....I wouldnt run any other tire on that car then the MT street radial. I also have gone through 4 or 5 sets of them my self....Phill

I tried them for the first time at Magnolia and they just went up in smoke at 16 PSI I didn't try to adjust them though,I just went back to the truck and got out the trusty old M/T drag slicks. Then I hooked better but still not good so it might have been the track Gus

Either I'm odd, or my car is too weak, I run 24-25# 1 good burnout then just clean them. mid to upper 12sec 1/4 mi Dart I drive alot on the street, but I don't hammer it there, don't like hearing everything in the street hit the quarters. I think street hammering would shorten tire life faster than the track.

Anyone ever get caught in the rain with these on? How do they feel in that situation?
They're fine as long as you don't get stupid with them. I do have a set of Cooper street tires that I switch to when I'm not going to the track for a while. That makes the M/T's last a whole lot longer.
