Set of 4 Reproduction 70 caps:

BE&A $210.00 USD
Mike Ross is great to deal with and will most likely cut you a better "Moparts Member" deal.

PG Classics $165.00 USD
Same manufacture, You'll need to deal with a friendly Asian lady and the parts will be shipped from Canada.
Avoid speaking to her directly and purchase off of EBay for the same price. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1970-Char...sQ5fAccessories

Have a set from them, fairly nice pieces.

I need a set eventually.

Are the new ones on ebay made of plastic, or are they pot metal like the originals?

The pricing for these things seems to vary quite a bit when you start shopping around.

The link to the EBay ad that I listed are POT Metal not plastic.
In my opinion, they are an excellent affordable reproduction part, available from several vendors.

I have an older mcg magazine that featured a vendor that was making them out of plastic. Since the price of those is a lot less than the typical $200+ price that other guys want I figured those might have been the plastic versions.

I thought Penstar Reproductions offered a plastic version.

i bought a set of the plastic ones for a driver, several yrs ago. they still look really good. for as cheap as they were, I'd buy another set for a driver and not think anything of it.

The ones from PG sold on Ebay are metal.

Hello , I had the plastic repop ralley centers for about 2 years , sold a lot of them. For a good while the quality was good , but I didn't like the color of them and repainted all that I sold.
Later the centers I recieved were of lesser quality , the outter edge of the cap was clouded about half way around. They seemed to get worst and the guy who I was getting them from would not do anything about it. So I just told him they were not up to my standards and do not send me any more.
The orginal guy I bought from , sold the rights to another guy , then the quality went down. Also this same guy kept promising me they would do the small bolt caps in plastic , and never came thru with that promise.
