Well.... Last I heard , Ted didnt go run the car last saturday , cuz "its was too hot out " Are you from canada ??? I thought you were accustomed to the Normally Brutal Iowa summers ? Call in sick july 3rd and lets get it on !!! Eddyville --- Night of Fire !

Looks good for Eddyville the 21st---you coming down ted ? "MIGHT" be ok weather..Plus nitro Altered cars !! ive done some work on the car and have some trick new parts I havent revealed to the public. I aint afraid of no dam 64 dodge..........

Oh Boy! The Throwdown in Corn Cob County ! Round 1 ( there WILL be a round 2 I am sure). It certainly looks like there is some " grey area" in the rules interpretation. We'll have to see how " crafty" some of these jokers can get. Because I believe no man should be racing another man for a tube steak ( speaking of grey area),although this could be considered normal policy in Iowa, but I'd rather not know the details, I will put up a whopping $50.00 to the winner. .500 tree, brake or no brake, red light looses, no excuses. Sounds fair to me. Now lets see who the REAL driver is....

today was absolutely brrrrrutal--had to be 104 heat index, at least. my car ran a surprise number in the humidity/heat , but i wont tell you what.... I think it likes the home made pinion snubber
