never had one fail ever, even in 100k+ mile cars. I'd never put an electric pump on a car unless it was for race applications only

I tossed on a new Carter 6903 today to find out it wasn't moving any fuel. Yep - checked the pushrod and it measured only 2 7/8" long.

I'm glad I took a moment to read up on here so that I don't put a POS pushrod back into it. Thank you to everyone that takes the time to provide such great information on this forum.
