From what I hear of the place, that tower might need bulletproof glass...
It wasnt bad at this event .A few people i know from another site rented the track this day ,so it was a bunch of cool individuals racing .I went there on a regular TNT night a few years ago with sum freinds ,and i didnt think we were gunna make it out of there alive. All depends on the crowd thats inhabiting it at the time you go ...

I shoulda ran my Dart there Saturday ,but didnt think i could pass tech. You have to have atleast a 38 cal.in revolver or 9 mm in semi auto minimum next to the fire ext.for safety, lol .Seriously though ,its really a cool track setting for Nostalgia racing. My mom grew up in Grand Prarie and told me she was there on the opening night in 56 or 57 (she couldnt remember which) with here boyfriend who was running his 56 Blue Oval car.She told me that she remembered a flag man starting the cars off and how it was beautifull and all new.Funny what 53 or 54 years can do to a place ...

Pretty sad when the out of staters know it as the Grand Prairie Gun and Knife Club.
I've heard that several of the bad attitude individuals have started going to Kennedale.
I dunno. I don't spend much time at the local tracks.

Dont even know where to start with that vid ,but that was the scene when i went on a TNT night a few years back.People all over starting line .2 or 3 people in each car racing .I even saw 2 guys racing a Susuki Samari with a Nasty sbc shoehorned in it .They were both smoking a tiny cigarette in the burnout box and then proceded to stand it straight up off the line.No seatbelts ,helments, etc.The track is not sanctioned (go figure) .Funny thing is there are signs on the fences that say "no profanity" ,lol...
