At least around here its done at 2 AM on deserted streets. Were those guys actually holding up traffic..now that is insane.

Now, when it comes to these %&$@# heads that aimlessly drive their whack fart carts in and out and around traffic at insane speeds, they should be put on the firing line first thing in the morning. Their cars are fugly and their antics are for another planet.

Complete disregard for the safety of oncoming traffic. Do's anybody think that little guardrail would keep one of those cars from traveling over into oncoming traffic? Complete disregard for the traffic behind them. And, if the cops sanctioned this then they're just as stupid. Complete disregard for life and limb of the spectators and innocent commuters. Families travel on that highway. Women and children are in the cars traveling on that highway. For those who glorify this crap here's a reality check...Innocent men, woman, and children die everyday because some dumbass felt the need for speed. Grow up. Illegal streetracing is soooo amatuerish. And for the record, I've been known to streetrace and I'll be the first to tell the world I was a dumbass when I did. It's not that "I was lucky", but everybody else on those streets was lucky because streetracing is about being stupid with the lives of others.

It was sold some years ago, I actually thought about buying it, it was sold as a roller.. Any ways, no idea where it rolls these days... It came in a good second in the Stockholm Open race and also came second in the Birka Cup, lost the SO race and the cup to the same car.. /Tom

The Police are actually trying to stop it and have tried to come down heavy "American" style on the racers.. but then again this is Sweden, so even the best try only comes out as a joke... The "problem" the law has over here is that the Police officer must with out a doubt identify the driver during the offence. This makes it hard to really do anything.. For example, in Finland(neighbouring country), if the police see an traffic offence, but cant catch the offender, it does not matter, if the police just id the car license plate, the car owner gets the shake up and pays the fine, even if he/she is innocent... so untill there is a change in the legislation or what ever its called in english, not much the cops can do, if they dont catch you in the act... and it will end up with probably no more than a about 200 dollar fine for a traffic offence...
