I keep narrowing it down , everything worked last week then I had the Brake Light Issue , all lights work not but does not turn over from the Ignition Switch , but it does Turn Over from the Relay in the Engine Compartment , I never messed with the Dash Cluster when We fixed the Brake Lights , I removed the Fuse Block for easy Access , could I have bumped a wire loose under the dash? everything looks good , the Ignition switch was new a few years ago from Chryler and has ony 600 or so miles on it , any Idea's , thanks. That happens to my Cuda when it's rainy out. I've never figured out why, but I've always assumed it's a bad connection, and the rain makes it a no-connection. I don't drive it much in the rain, and I've always got something in the car that I can use to jump across the terminals on the starter relay, so it's not a problem for me, but it sounds like its not due to rainy conditions with you. Check for cracked, broken or disconnected wires, check the bulkhead connections, make sure the neutral safety switch connection on the transmission has not come off, as well as the wires on the starter relay. Another thing - if the car is an automatic, and you have been trying to start in with the gear selector in Park, try starting with the selector in Neutral. I have to do that in my Ram Van about half the time I try to start it. Good luck - hope you find the problem without too much trouble.

Quick check, don't even have to get dirty... run a jumper between any ground (block, body, throttle return spring, etc)to the ground terminal on the stater relay, then try the switch. If it starts, relay is good, switch is good, everything under dash is good. Would most likely be NSS and/or NSS connector. If it doesn't start, could be nss, nss connector, switch, wire, connection, starter relay, but all that's easy enough to check. I had a bad NSS and a bad connector, but every time i had access to a DVOM, the car would start.

Check if the "ign" terminal on the starter relay is getting fire when someone turns the key to "start" & if so I believe the "grn" terminal is permanently grounded right on the relay exterior case on a stick then that only leaves the relay itself.

So if the Engine turns over at the Relay but does not start at the Ignition switch it could be a Bad Relay?
This is a 1968 4 Speed Fury.
with the key in the on position and shorting the starter relay with a screwdriver(old school here) the car should turn over and start. IF the key is NOT in the "on" position it will turn over but not fire/start.

Yes it does all that you mentioned , but it will not turn over using the Key.

Does it have the manual trans relay, or the auto trans relay? How many blades for push on wire terminals are sticking out of relay?

Isn't there a switch on the clutch pedal providing a ground to the relay? Maybe this switch is bad, mis-adjusted or disconnected...
I do not see anything like that under there but it is a tight place , I will look more on the clutch pedal set up to see if I see anything.

I replaced the Starter Relay (the manual Trans Version took a bit of time to get) anyway everything works now , I guess the Relay decided to go out when I was fixing the Brake Light Problem , thanks for the Help.
