Well the trans is back in, and works flawlessly,even the wife says its works nice,she wasn't in it since I took the shift kit out anyway the problem was my mistake,when you purchase these ultrabells for this mod,take your time and make sure the bell is flush,mine was not( sure looked like it was until I pulled the bell back off) One section of the pump gasket blew out and I was losing alot of pressure(neutraling out when hot)but all is better and I even like it more now!

glad to hear that the transmission is back in the truck, and no problems after the repair, that is going to be a nice driver combo, and provide SWEET fuel mileage for the 440 trucks!!!

I'm still here and yes I'm real busy gonna finish taking the rest of this weekend off, and yes the overdrive is great,I'll hook you up yet Larry, its great cruising around with the lower rpms,picked up a cab for the 76, rust free and straight,and the price, free gonna need little mods,always a plus..Where is everyone?

dis be true.... he is also the master of the 518 o/d for the 440's too.... so I guess that qualifies him for the "jack of all trades, master of some" award....
