How much (roller)cam lift can a stock magnum lifter setup handle? Will it handle a .528 lift if I upgrade the springs? What springs should I use?

IMO those springs and cam are not compatible. Always go with cam manu recommendations when choosing springs.

use hughes 1110 springs and their retainers. you'll be able to get about .520-.530" lift before you run into retainer to keeper clearance issues.

I'm running these springs with stock 2.2L retainers, and a .316" lobe lift (calculates to .506" w/1.6 rockers, never actually measured lift at the valve once installed) without any problems.
