Have you tried any pre-load? My dart did not like an air gap..........very inconsistant,bounced and 60`s were all over the place.

Why not just take them off? I had to take mine off completely to get the travel that Calvert wants in the front end, as well as lower the back, and use taller tires in the front.
How much travel do you have in the front end?

I currently have 47/8" of travel. Don't want to take them off and hear upper control arms banging.
