Looking really good there Ric. On the antenna hole did you have to patch that in like we had talked about because of the aftermarket fenders raised antenna hole?

Yah Larry, had to plate the old hole over and make the correct hole,was no big deal though,AS far as the mud Barry,the truck has very little,as a body guy yourself, he was using that much and feathering it back, because the body lines suck... poss 1/16 of an inch at the end result,darn body lines are not coperating,he wants it done this weekend!!!!! ah ok we will see.... pics to continue as the trans goes in and final body preps,just giving you the gears Barry! couldn't resist....

yup, and leave it there......
your truck was a radio delete from the factory, and is hard to find a fender without the hole in it.
just my 2 cents anyhow......

thats right,,,the original owner said it was a radio delete,,,,but there is a hole there,,,,did it have a factory plug???have a stereo for it that I still havnt installed,,going to put an aftermarket electric antenna

Boy that brings back Memories

Hope all did go well for you and it turned out better than you expected Ric. Now comes all the fun of wet sanding and buffing & reassembling.

Well its Sat, morning here and I don't even know if its painted, couple of storms here last night and was waiting to see if the humidity was gonna break,beautiful morning here, no humidity today or very little..If not painted,will be for sure tonight (Barry went to a WW2 show today)...pics to follow..
