Use the regular performer intake, use some good headers and the KB pistons patrick mentioned and get some bigger valves in them. Some people will argue that bigger valves cost TQ but they simply do not. The bigger valve has a bigger curtain area and will allow more air flow at lower lifts. More airflow with in a short period of time will give you more TQ with the added benifit of more HP. Make sure the chamber is deshrouded around the new bigger valves or you will lose low lift flow and you really want more low lift flow because you have a shorter period of time to fill the cylinder when you run a short duration cam.

If money is a concern right now just use the stock rockers with the XE262 cam and later you can add some ductile iron adjustable 1.6 ratio rockers for more TQ
