That intake is definitely not an old 318 "wideblock" intake... looks like it would be fun though! This is my Coupe the way I drove it for years. It was a 10 to 1 440 with worked 906 heads, 484 MP cam and not much in the way of "high buck" stuff. The car had 4.10 gears, a 727 with a 3200 stall, and it weighed 2910 pounds. It moved pretty danged good, it got VERY good gas mileage FOR WHAT IT WAS, and it was reliable as heck. A true daily driver for years. The only real downside was the 4.10 gears to be honest, I should have went with a 3.23 or something....

I would like a 5.7 HEMI but they are just too much.

wow, that is a nice price. However I cant afford it this month or maybe even next. And for now, I am still in Northern Nevada. Still, if I had the $$$$, the drive is not an issue.
that would work well.

It seems to have quite a few desirables for an old street rod IMO. I thought it was pretty decent as far as the money goes... but things pop up all the time too!

Yep, sold it. Wish I had not! Someday but this rig needs something that can make long trips and with a 392, I have to do some cutting and I dont want to have to do tat on this one.
Maybe with a local rod, sooner or later. Nothing looks like a baby HEMI.
