"Actually I designed my own bracket, it put the s/c on the passenger side and relocated the alternator lower down. Then I sent the design out to be cnc cut."

yeah that's what I'll do next time. That way you can keep the PS and the battery up front.

We've been putting superchargers on the Passenger side since 1995....makes more sense, doesn't it?

I'm glad to see this section! I'll post a few of the other Mopars we've boosted with superchargers over the years.
Here's our 73 Challenger for those who haven't seen it. She was built as a street car that can keep up with the race cars. Stock 383 block, our blower kit with a D3M ProCharger, 3550#'s, runs 8.50's @ 158 in the 1/4, and aside from being a little loud, she has excellent street manners.

Here is the blown 340 in my challenger. The motor went together with the blower in 1998 and is still going strong! It was originally carb'd with X heads, but has had edelbrock heads on it since 2000 and EFI since 2001. This is a old pic, and its kinda ugly, but it only has more miles and ugly on it now. I've run it as high as 15lbs, but my final tune on it is setup for 10lbs. All I got out of the higher boost setting was more tire spin and more broken drivetrain parts.

Jon,

That is awesome to see your car still up and running since then! You were "Mopar blower kit #5" that we sold! How do you like the EFI? Keep up the good work! And get some new pictures posted with the EFI and new heads!

I started with a stock 5.7 Hemi and the GSM kit with a NOVI 1200, Dynatech header's, Martin Saine 2800 converter and ran 8-10 psi of boost. My 4x4 truck ran a best of 13.76 with that combo. Not bad considering before the blower, it ran 16.00 flat all day.

I then upgraded the engine and built a 6.4/392 Hemi. Forged crank, 8.6:1 Ross piston's, Eagle rods, custom 216/220, 114 lsa+4 cam, custom 5.7 Sharadon heads, XV intake with Snow Performance w/m, 5% OD ATI damper, NOVI 1500, Edge Racing 3800 stall and run 15 psi of boost, but I've pushed it to 18. The only thing left of my oringinal GSM kit is the blower bracket. The truck now run's 11.00 flat in full street trim and I know she's got a high 10 in her with a little more tuning in high gear. For a 5166 lb 4x4 pickup truck, she runs like a scalded ape in the 1/8 with a 1.48 60' 6.87 @ 98 in the 1/8.

Mike's Duster...he's been a customer of ours for a long time...he's worked his way up the ranks thru our P1SC kit, to our D series kit, to our F2 EFI kit, and now he has our twin turbo kit. Watch for him in the June issue of Mopar Enthusiast as part of an 8 second shootout feature. Let's just say Mike and his little 382 cubes can give the big block boys a run for their money.

I like it. I maybe contacting you about your s/c set-up and what you didnt like about the GSM kit. I bought it right, well so I thought. Either way the charger and the bracket is what I wanted. The rest i am not so sure about.

Very impressed...
