mild 440, old school paxton. Spent maybe $2100 on the set-up including fuel system/carb upgrades, gauges, tubing, bungs and sensors. Sure was fun.

I the most I ran was about 6. The car before boost went 12.90 on a good day 13.0's on hot. I added boost and went 12.0's pretty consistantly. I think 12.26 was the worst on a real hot day...but that was due to traction. I did add a 8psi pulley but sold the car before I ran it...funny I was in the staging lane getting ready for a full pass when the guy called and bought the car. So I had to take it easy that day. Still ran 12.48 shifting at 5k on only about 4.5lbs of boost. build was a .030 over 440, cast replacement pistons (9:1 maybe), 906 heads fresh but not ported, 2.08/1.81 valves, Summit 488 cam, 13/4 headers, RPM intake ProFormed holley 750DP, Mopar 175k convert, 727, 3.91's. Car weighed 3850 w/ me and 1/2 tank of gas.

I'm installing the throttle body you needed for that thing.

No doubt the hot rod will breathe MUCH better now.

I always liked those SRT-6's, very cool little cars.

I've got a Paxton SN2000 s/c like in swingin's pic sitting in a box under my desk. Still not sure on what I'm gonna do with it, but it might just end up on my brother's 66 charger.

You have an intake mod? Is it the SL55 elbow?
Pay a visit to Renntech. They can reprogram the computer. That'll get a little more out of the car and remove that pesky 159 mph speed limiter. They also have a pulley kit that will put some serious scoot under the hood. You'd be pushing 12.0 easy.

Unfortunately, I had to sell mine. It was Aero Blue. Beautiful car. Lotsa fun.

Actually I designed my own bracket, it put the s/c on the passenger side and relocated the alternator lower down. Then I sent the design out to be cnc cut.

Here is the blown 340 in my challenger. The motor went together with the blower in 1998 and is still going strong! It was originally carb'd with X heads, but has had edelbrock heads on it since 2000 and EFI since 2001. This is a old pic, and its kinda ugly, but it only has more miles and ugly on it now. I've run it as high as 15lbs, but my final tune on it is setup for 10lbs. All I got out of the higher boost setting was more tire spin and more broken drivetrain parts.
