I am thinking that the car would look nice in maybe plum crazy or curious yellow or--Both????? I am still hoping to go pick it up next wednesday! Dave

I've had an ultimate paint job the whole time (Black with flames), but my second choices have changed a bit over the years. A friend's '46 Plymouth was done in a stock Blue, my dad's 40 Ford Maroon, and even the current Gray (too much like primer with shine). Thought about Petty Blue, but the more I see other '40s online, a mild lighter color seems best. I don't need Resale Red or Screamin' Yellow on mine.
