Is there any chance that you are going to do some W5 gaskets?????

The W-2 and W-5 take the same gasket correct?

Quote:

Anyone know if the w2 gaskets will fit indy 230cc oval port heads also?

I really like the sealant around the port to create a good pinch point with running upwards of 25-30 psi of boost through them.

My oval port intake gaskets measure 2.085" tall x 1.450" wide if that helps.

You small block guys sure do have enough head choices out there

No there not... W5s are rectangle port. They are there own animal

He has those. Part number #4302 for the two bbbl gasket or #4306 for a six pack set. One of the dealers should be able to get them for you.

I've only used the v/c gaskets, John Knox at Sassy Engines in New England sent me 2 sets a couple of years ago, only had to use one set so far, been real pleased with them......

I will say this...I put in my signature the products that we use and endorse because they WORK.

Superformance gaskets are the ONLY gaskets we now use.The 440 I'm running now has Greg's gaskets and this build was the first time I ever used them.I have NO leakage at all and my water pump gasket problems from using a motor plate are history. I don't mean to sound like a advertisement, but when a product works,I will promote it.Greg is a good guy and he goes the extra effort to produce a quality product.

Nautilus Racing-
We use Superformance gaskets and Turbo Action converters/products.

Some guys cant believe me when I tell them to "just put the Superformance pump housing gaskets on dry with your motor plate" They are the ONLY gasket to use for motor plates. The best part is no messy sealer to clean up when you work on your car

Got some gaskets today from Superformance. Nice looking stuff. Figured some racers on here would be interested. The first picture is for big block timing chain covers. Three different thicknesses can help set roller button end play. The different materials are also designed for different types of covers.

Interesting....So what is the preferred method for checking the end play?

My cam button is wearing the cover a bit too much for my liking.

Same here, i was plagued with leaks on my valve covers, i tried the moroso ones, amongst others and they all leaked. Anyway, i boughr some of Greg's and at first inspection they loooked too thin but i tried them and not had a problem since.
Good product and a good guy to deal with.

How far away do you think you are with the B1 Intake gaskets Greg?
