To determine your application,...measure down the center of the fiberboard, from the windshield center point to the rear window center point,...the Cuda will measure at 52 inches approx,...the Challenger will measure out at 55 inches approx......it is possible to trim down the Challenger unit to fit a Cuda?,...if that's your case?

Just got back from checking info and looks like I'm still gonna be looking for one. If anything checks of for a good source, please let me know. I remeber when they did the a-body roofs and they were made of heavy plastic and were rolled up for easy, cheap shipping. Wonder if that could be done with an e-body headliner?

I have one that you could try make a mold from or check out the guy that had them above for $450

Does anybody know of a source for accurate material that gets glued to the headliner board?

Hot Rod Magazine had an article on how to make your own fiberglass headliner awhile back. Put a layer of thin plastic down on the roof, and build up a fiberglass model, then remove and trim to fit the interior. It doesn't sound or look to hard, just messy. In the old days, guys would go rent a brand new model of car, tape off all the seams and fiberglass the whole body to get their funny cars. I can't find the issue now, but it was pretty straightforward and just showed a few small pics. It didn't have a detailed how to or anything.

That looks really nice! Way preferable to having that old fiberboard stuff.

Wow, who knew there'd be a market for these things? I couldn't give mine away at Carlisle back in the 90's.

Does anyone have a picture of the fiberboard headliner installed in the car, without the headliner material on it?
