I can tell you exactly where that car was bought at. It use to belong to Charlie Frazier in New Carlisle, Ohio. The car has a slightly modified wheelbase (as im sure you can see in the pics) Dick Landy had his hands on the car at some point before my Father purchased it. The reason I know this information is the pinstripe above the rear quarter and the Mancini Racing Decal.
