been busy with stuff going on, it has been a bad week!!

thats what I've been wonderin'.......man,,,,it feels good to jump in the truck after work and actually drive it,,,,,runnin smooth,,,,shifting and kicks down better than ever,,and I'm on vacation for 10 whole days,,,woooohoooo

well,,,,,we're going down low on the board,,,,so I guess i'll just talk to myself
,,,,I've been wondering,,,,I'm seeing alot of talk about what lil reds are worth,,,,,but i see tons of em still around these sites,,,,,does that make our 440 trucks way up on the food chain,,I
still have yet to see another 77 Adventurer SE150 stepside 440 ,,D13BD,,,anywhere,,,,makes me wonder if i should even be driving this one around
or putting it in a glass case oh well,,,just trying to stir things up around here,,,,mopars at the strip in 4 days,,,,times draggin

There are not many 440 trucks period, I would think that you should have your truck appraised professionaly!!

I found a 69 Roadrunner project and I have been tossing around the idea of canning the truck and going with the runner. I'm a car guy who happened to have a truck fall in his lap. I had a 69 runner in high school and really wanting another.

I saw these post for Dodge trucks. I have a pretty nice Dodge Ram. It's not rare except as far as older trucks go, there aren't many Dodges in this part of Texas. A lot of late models but nothing in the 80's or earlier

Thanks Smokin44. It's got M/T ET Streets on it now. 18.5 X 33 X15,s. It's a mild 440+.030, narrowed Dana 60 w/4.88's, TF with a Turbo Action 3800 converter (smoked it last weekend at the track - the trans. not the converter), glass AAR hood. Should have it running in the 7's 1/8 mile in the next couple of weeks. It has a nitrous hookup and if it won't run 7's on the motor I'm going to pill it till I kill it.

I've seen this truck it looks even better in person. Very nice truck.

Thanks for the compliment. You probably saw it when CUUDA had it in Houston. I agree, it looks better than the photos. You can see the ghost flames and how slick the paint really is. It has changed running gear wise since I got it. Cuuda has my old Falcon. It should be up and running again soon - and should be in the mid 5's at HMP.

Would like to be off to Vegas too! The trucks down and the parts won't be available until the second week of April. Need a new picture of the engine compartment with the single carb rather than the dual fours.

The last picture didn't post. I'm computer illiterate and probably screwed it up. I'll try again.
