Here is our old set-up for my Dad's '53 Studebaker race car we used for the last 20 years that I inherited to tow my future race car with. '73 Dodge Sportsman motorhome with homemade open trailer.

I like the old heavy truck pics
There are a lot of old dodge grain trucks around here. I have considered picking one up for a future project, but man I think I have enough of those .
I know of one I could likely get for free with a 318

I often get feedback that this pic looks pretty old school

Hey big dad.Here are a couple more of the sox and martin hauler,i own it now.Under the yellow paint we have found the red and blue paint.Why they painted it like a ryder truck who knows.Cab is ruff and will be alot of work.Still has the old winch and generator.Plans are to put it back in red,white and blue.......Tim

Sad that so few remain ..I'd think its money well spent getting it back to original paint ,etc
If its floors and rockers, you can buy them
for the cab

Hey Darrel.I had been after the sox hauler for a couple years.I drove it from near the belvedere plant in illinois back to fla.When i left there it was a freezing rain storm with 50-60 mph wind.Got better when i got near kentucky.Then the clutch mastercylinder went out in montgomery ala.Local napa store had 9 in stock,imagine that.We got er rollin again.Hauler has a V8 cat in it rite now and gets good fuel mileage.We'll use the cat for now but It will get a cummins next......Tim
