The valve that is in the exhause feed to the turbo, and is boost referenced, so when you hit a specific boost number, it opens and bypasses the turbo and dumps right into the exhaust. a WASTEGATE !!!!! No chance of you controlling boost with your foot. 11.48 @ 120 with a 1.80 60' 318, stock 1.88 heads, stock 904, Pump Gas, 13 lbs of boost. 9.94 @ 134, 318 on pump gas, 14 lbs w/ Eddies, transbrake 727, 3600 lbs, 3.54 gear and 28's.

We have 40 degrees of initial spark that will drop to 20 degrees at 29 psi (although we've never been that high).
