Well part of that is correct. I certainly wouldn't want to be responsible for someone else's parts so I would never let people send me their stuff. I have accepted samples of original vinyl tops and seat fabric but those are things that were going to be thrown out anyways.
Nice digital pics should work just as well though.
Not sure what this has to do with the orignal post though which was not about SE panels as far as I can tell.
