I see there is a repop 72-74 Barracuda grill being sold for $795, has anyone bought one of these? The web site is cudagrill.com. How did it fit? Thanks, John.

Time flys, doesnt seem that long ago you could order NOS right out of the YearOne catalog or any parts vendor for around 3 hun. Seems like they couldnt give them away in the 90's

For $800, I'd just convert to a '70 grille.
Better looking IMHO.
That's a horrible idea IMO and you'd have to change the signals too, right? It's the same thing as trying to convert a '72 Cuda to a '70; you end up with something less than either.....

I like the 27-74 grills a bit better, they don't look as plain as the 70's model does.

I have always prefered the aggressive look of the 72-74 grills too....

To get this thread refocused, has anyone had experience with the 72-74 Cuda repop grilles? I have seen before and believe the GTX product sucks but is there a chance the Cuda Grille is better? From the advertising, it looks like some painting will be in order as the red trim is not done at all and the argent in not the same as the original. This can all be dealt with but if it doesn't fit, I don't want it. Thanks, Craig
