Yes, we're on for tomorrow, Oct 31. We arrived up here earlier tonight and have already set up the show field for the big show tomorrow. Walt Felix made some passes down the track tonight with his Barracuda. See you all tomorrow!!

Just got home from New England Dragway. We had another great day of racing and a great turnout on the showfield, considering the questionable weather early in the day. The Mopars In Motion car show netted 86 cars and total car count for our event was over 200 cars racing and TnTing.

Ther were many beautiful Mopars participating on the show field. Old and new Mopar Iron was well represented. Mopars In Motion Best of Show was an over the top 1968 Hemi Road Runner, red with a white interior, owned by Dave Prince of Merrimack, NH. I want to thank everyone who participated in the show and race.

The Mopars In Motion Club Challenge was a blast with 10 cars competing in the class. The 12.00 and up winner was Hal Oaks in his CrossFire and won $50.00. 11.99 and quicker Winner was Gonzalo Morillo and his 1968 Barracuda. King of the hill honors and a check for $100.00 went to Gonzalo.

The SuperCar ShootOut Factory Appearing MuscleCar Racing had another great day of racing, with temps in the 60's with skies filled with many puffy clouds and a bit of sun.

Two more new guys joined the SuperCar ShootOut team. Rick Parker (Hemi4Speed) brought out his "Best of Show" 1968 Hemi GTX 4Spd. (Original J-Code) Rick asked to have his GTX teched for certification. After our standard thorough Tech inspection, Rick passed certification. After a couple of coaching sessions from Billy Atwood, Rick set out to run for the first time on his polyglas tires. First run was low 13's. Second pass, with a tire pressure adjustment, Rick ran a best ever 12.90 E/T to collect his 12 Second Quick Gun Club credentials and certification sticker. Also joining the SuperCar ShootOur was Shawn Matellion with an amazing 1969 Super Bee 440 Six Pak dressed in ButterScotch with all the right parts. Shawn ran low 13's and left with pointers and an invitation to join the SuperCar ShootOut this fall and for the 2010 Season. Billy Atwood took his 1968 Hemi GTX 4 Spd and ran E/T's in the sub 12.5's all day long. With a best E/T of 12.23. With Billy's new found info, he is ready for the Fall Finale at Atco NJ. SuperCar ShootOut member (Ralph Barbagallo) brought out the 1970 Burnt Orange 440+6BBL Road Runner to represent the quickest cars in the ShootOut. The Road Runner was running low 11 second E/T's all day long. Many questioned how the Road Runner could run such great E/T's on Polyglas Tires with tread.

The track conditions and prep at New England Dragway proved to be optimal for the SuperCar ShootOut. Every racer had a minimum of seven runs down the 1320. On friday evening, the track hosted a TnT grudge night that saw E/T's in the sub 9's with no signs of traction issues. New England Dragway Track Mgr. was very pleased with the performance, Image and Quality of cars that attended the ShootOut. Look for New England Dragway to be a stop for the SuperCar ShootOut in September of 2010.

We encourage you to post your pic's here, at www. moparsinmotion.com and http://www.supercarraces.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=389&start=0
