500 hp is doable with stock heads. That being said the more effort spent on improving head flow the less radical the rest of the combo has to be. There used to be a default 500hp combo in the tech archives. A ported head motor won't have to turn as many rpm to make the number. It will also have more torque everywhere and be more fun to drive with a smaller cam.

Yes a pump gas car. Im not losing the T-ram sorry. Its staying. I know it will perform better on the street without it. Gas milage will be better without it. But I like it. I think I decided on
440 .060 over stock rods ARP bolts Speed Pro Dome pistons for about a 10.3 comp Comp Cams XE285HL cam 440 source stealth heads OOTB 2x600 Holley Weiand Tunnel Ram Dana with the 4.10s 29 inch tire 727 with a 3200 stall.
Now I just need ignition what do you guys recommend?
Not necessarily, i got better gas mileage & low speed responce from my TR, started better after sitting a week or so, better idle too, so i would keep the TR.

SO a guy that has experience with running one on the street. How do you think that build will work with the T-Ram?
