Yes I did miss it. I have to find "The Thing" II on DVD... The 80s version is one of my favorite movies of all time...

I wouldn't really call it The Thing II since it is a prequel to the 80's one and "II" makes people think sequel (which has been a favorite of mine as well) Now back to it...they have it dug out of the ice and just ran a drill into it for a test.
