I actually read that in the analog version found in my driveway each morning.

We should all be thankful the outage (not the diving adventure) didn't happen in summer AC season. SONGS is a significant percentage of the system's generating capacity, and NEITHER reactor has been generating for over a week now - one down for routine maintenance, and the other because of the [why am I not surprised?] worse-than-originally-reported leak. The heat transfer tubes in both steam generators that were replaced only a few years ago are wearing out way faster than they are supposed to!

Down to just a blue car now.

There was a short high speed pursuit on the news this morning, and the guy got out of the car and somehow got onto the roof of a house, and has been jumping from roof to roof and running all around 2 stories up in the air.

It's like a movie...still going on now..

It's going on in Westwood....and dang, they cut away from the helicopter coverage back to the normal news since the guy is still jumping around on the roofs

As funny as it was to hear how long it went...it is a sad state when the cops are too worried about doing something to worry about what might happen. Should have had the guy down much quicker I sure would think. (armchair cop that...)
