We were at the lounge drinking and enjoying the band for new years. I got a New Years hat and had the idea to pop it on the penguin and take a pic. I went to it and the spot was empty! Talked to a guy at the desk and said someone thru down an amount they couldn't refuse.  They wouldn't tell me who or what price. I did ask if justin bought it for Selena - their laughing reactions my buddy and i saw kinda indicate I was more right than wrong. I didn't see the Biebes but i did see Selena - I would have rousted her for penguin info but she had no-mess secret service guys hustling her along. My buddies girlfriend was outside dying to get a pic of justin for her granddaughter. Mike and I were hanging out chatting as I was finishing my scotch and Selena went in. When Nancy came back inand Mike said I saw her and seriously wasn't joking and didn't take a pic, I thought she was going to stab me.

Freaking amazing! Of all the developements.  Mike was with me. They wouldn't say total cost or details but i swear when I said Justin bought it for Selena their reactions spoke volumes. Dang!!!!!!!!!! I was smited by Justin Bieber!

AHH - The penguin returned today. I suspect they hid it away with all the commotion and outside visitors around to the new years celebration yesterday. The being sold deal was just a cover story. At least if I can't have it no one can
