There IS. You forgot the little yellow red-headed heads in that first bowl.

Slightly OT (as if the EST could ever go there).

Color me moderately miffed.

Went to an ugly sweater party last night. The wifegod had done a tremendous hob of finding the PERFECT one (before the thrift stores got cleaned out by other folks with similar intentions). Hands down, I had the best/worst genuine article, but I got beat out by a "ringer". Some lady spent all day with a glue gun, creating her own custom version with a Christmas tree on the front on over-the-top decorations everywhere.

I [silently] cry foul.

Down to just a blue car now.

If only you had the thought to similarly glue some articles of "clothing" you have a bunch extras of all over your sweater as well.

After having now been priveledged to a photograph of said sweater....

I am now going out to the garage to spray brake cleaner in my eye.

Just put another batch of tollhouse cookies into the oven.

Going to my second Christmas party within an XVII hour span shortly.

Having to bake on commercial (rimmed) baking sheets, because someone threw out the ancient rimless ones.

(SHE never used them, so...)

Those old cookie sheets are required when baking up a batch of Soyulent Oz. So it was stolen by a Christmas Zombie.

So who did the all-too-modern-cookie-sheeted cookies go?

And Gary....not a bad idea.

And trying to fix my Sony projector tonight is not as fun as it sounds..

Previous years, the the MCSD party has seen proportionally heavy contributions at the dessert table. I have actually brought cookies back home some years.

This time around, my cookies were one of about 15 dessert items, and all were gone within the first hour.

Had some of the the host's beer and prickly pear vodka*, but no hangover is in the forecast.
