How about another southern Michigan favorite? This car has been in numerous publications over the years. It's the old Lynn Laperrier car.

Cool pic, thats my dads car. My dad had it in the 80's, sold it to fred smith, then got it back, and recently restored it.

Couple more pics, a few years ago and what it looks like today. Got any more pics of that car id luv to see.

Matt, that's a great shot. I would have to do some serious digging to come up with any more of those. The one I have was taken at Milan Dragway. Man I will tell you that the old hauler those guys had with that car was awsome. Keep them coming gang.

Yea we acquired the hauler too, but too much time sitting outside. it kinda was a little too far gone. timing wasn't right, but I kind of wish we still had the old truck it would have been cool to fix it up. Fred painted the car up with quick change, but only raced that car a couple of times, he got sick with MS. That was a neat suprise seeing that pic pop up here.

Now here is another fantastic ride. This car was on ebay just last week at a very realistic price. It was supposedly a rollover or all of the original parts came from a rollover lightweight dodge and everything was transplanted onto this one. Very cool as this guy from Canada if I remember correctly used to drive it down to the Mopar Nationals where this picture was taken around 1989. Gotta love a lightweight Hemi Coronet.

As if ya'll couldn't tell that Hemi Dodge Coronets are my absolute favorite. This car was once owned by Judy Lilly, still a very cool shot.

Now weere are talking! Nothing quite like a Hemi with a crossram intake is there? The car looks great. Did that start out as an original lightweight car?

No sir, but it was a 100 percent rust free california body. That car was a dream to work on.

Matt, yeah I think that I had talked with your dad like last year about building a new steel bumper for the 64 car. Does that still have the original bumper on it? JC.

Yes that is the old Barker Bros. car too. Last I heard it still looks just like that. If you look through any of the old Direct connection catalogs it is featured in those alot.
