Here's a neat little Hemi lightweight gem. WOW!
Cool pic, thats my dads car. My dad had it in the 80's, sold it to fred smith, then got it back, and recently restored it.
Couple more pics, a few years ago and what it looks like today. Got any more pics of that car id luv to see.

Matt, that's a great shot. I would have to do some serious digging to come up with any more of those. The one I have was taken at Milan Dragway. Man I will tell you that the old hauler those guys had with that car was awsome. Keep them coming gang.
Yea we acquired the hauler too, but too much time sitting outside. it kinda was a little too far gone. timing wasn't right, but I kind of wish we still had the old truck it would have been cool to fix it up. Fred painted the car up with quick change, but only raced that car a couple of times, he got sick with MS. That was a neat suprise seeing that pic pop up here.

Now weere are talking! Nothing quite like a Hemi with a crossram intake is there? The car looks great. Did that start out as an original lightweight car?
No sir, but it was a 100 percent rust free california body. That car was a dream to work on.

Yes that is the old Barker Bros. car too. Last I heard it still looks just like that. If you look through any of the old Direct connection catalogs it is featured in those alot.
