I had little idea how to use the program back then, I remember it taking so long to make that one.

3 years! Oh man, I was hoping it would be much easier to make smities ..errr... smilies like these! Arghh!

Now that I think of it, it did take me a few hours to make the dorky New Yorker one in the other thread... so much for instant gratification!

On a side note, I had never even heard of the word "smite" 'till I came here.

Thanks for the increase in vocabulary! I now have mastered ...um... hundreds, maybe thousands of words in the English language, eh?

I downloaded the program so I had no instructions.

I know a lot more about pasting and editing with it now, but just the other day I discovered the trim feature. I know there's more to it still I find. One thing I can't do is flip images horizontal or vertical, just rotate. I still have to use Paint if I need to do that.

Yes, some of these have taken me hours to do.

Apparently, that's some pretty versatile software.

The software I used was basic freeware and didn't have much in the line of instructions. I don't think it has much capability, actually. I was going back and forth between Graphic Converter, Powerpoint, and GIFfun to do it. I'll try to make some more when I get a chance.

Maybe I might look for more freeware as well..

I paid $50 for my program, that's about 10¢ per smite at this point.

Only those that will go down in hickory as classic epic silly thread misspellings.

I spell center/centre either way (the best of both worlds, I guess), tire is the same (gotta cross the ocean to spell it 'tyre'), Colour... well ya got me on that one, though every now and then when I get lazy I spell it 'color'!

Luckily, we can get American TV and magazines so I can learn the correct way to spell stuff.

Though I still can't figure out why Worcester, MA is pronounced "Wooster"! I'll figure it out eventually... maybe I need to watch more American TV...

Sorry then...I am used to the Tyre thing from Oz...

And good to know you are multi-lingual.

Of course, there is always the universal language of Smite that Gary can help you master..
