Nail + Loni. Simple math for most I think.

I had a co-worker shoot me with with a 1/2" crown 3" long staple years ago. It went through the joints of two fingers on my left hand.

The same guy dropped a beam on my face & broke my nose years later. We have called him "Johnny Hurt Me" ever since.

The largest splinter I ever had actually involved the same two fingers. It was about 6" long & about a 1/4" wide at the middle. It went through both fingers sideways through the back side. It took a while to chop it up & remove it completely. I had to show it to everyone on the job before removing it though.

Remind me to stay away from you when the splinters, nails, or beams are flying...

You will be safe as Alaskan_TA
will absorb all the damage.

Kinda like a staple and splinter magnet.

I never thought of it quite like that.

Some guys attract hot chicks & get their pain from them I suppose.

Sounds like painful smites to me. When I used to work for an electrical contractor I was holding a receptacle box in my right hand while prying will all of my might holding a screwdriver in my left hand. The blade slipped and the screwdriver went clean through my right hand and out the other side except it didn't break the skin on the far side. Here I was with a screwdriver poking through my hand with the skin stretched about five inches almost to the point of breaking through.

No, that was back about 1977. I simply pulled the screwdriver out, bandaged my hand with a paper towel and electrical tape and kept working. It was a clean entry and did not hit anything important on its way through. It did look freaky when it was in there.

Did anyone give you a hand ?

And was the electrical tape rated for blood containment?

Not a lot of blood. Electrical tape sure comes in hand-y sometimes.

And of course...if a similar thing happened to you today, you could get one of the island doctors/mad scientists to graft on a nuclear-fallout/zombie Giant Crab claw onto you!

Have you been smited via large chunks of stone yet ?

Those Egyptians knew how to Smite a Zombie and make it stick
Bury them under thousands of tons of stone.
