But like you said with no block, there is no head.
I love mopes, but 1200 single 4 combos NA are going to cost a chunk, to say nothing of reaching what a Thor headed Ford can do in very short order with way less effort.

I still say like others have, build a tough motor and spray it. It'll last longer and make better TQ, and be faster for less effort and money.

The block issue really is'nt that big of a deal, imho. No it wont look like a mopar block, but you can only take the long skirt idea so far. It would be a GMish type block that MP has sold in their catalogs for mnay years for their Mountain Motor program. Thats all you would need for an 800 ci mopar making over 1500 hp with 2 doms..you could always destroke it and stick a 1x4 sheet metal intake on it.

The smaller the motor the higher the ratio with same head flow. just like in F1. (18,500 rpm though)

It's funny how the Mopar crowd can't seem to believe that something is possible if they haven't seen it before. This is troubling.
But you can believe every hp number that the other brands throw at you.

Scott is one of the hardest working engine guys in this country. I'll bet he sometimes works 90hrs. a week. Lots of R&D there.
If and when the numbers are posted, the haters will say it is a happy dyno..
Oh well, nothing you can do about that.
It's like Charlie Westcott, He obviously makes extraordinary power, therefore the jealousy factor. He must be cheating..
There is probably much much more new development to be had with Mopar stuff, merely because there are fewer talented guys trying R&D with this stuff.
So maybe Scott stumbled on to something or it is a freak....NOT... There was a lot of thought that went into this one.

BTW I said "T/S" head not M/C or PSO.. Read before you say..
