Picture of Mancini spacer on March Pulley.
The pulley is the one march specifies for the fluid damper. This is a nice spacer, it fits great and is machined to center on the damper hub, and has its own hub lip for the pulley to center on:

Pulley alignment. It looks like I may need a shim for the water pump pulley, but the alignment is pretty good. You get the general idea of where I am intending to mount the Denso alternator....

Gammm. Are you a news correspondent 451? That was one of the most detailed answers I've seen yet. LOL. Thank you.
I just found out that a company named DMI produces Aluminum crank pulleys with sizes that may serve us.
My Mancini spacer is already on the road to me any how.

How did you balance that pulley after the cutting and welding?

That amount of inbalance is never going to show up. I did the same thing on my 340 with a fluid damper. I have a torque converter shop and have the gear to do it. If you were real paranoid about the balance after welding you turn the weld itself down.

Mancini Racing also has the water pump pulley shims in stock.

Glad you like the crank spacer, thanks for the business.

Andy. I didn't know you were making them. Glad I can put a little money into your hands and the Detroit economy, even if its small snippets here and there.

Just received my crank pulley billet spacer from Mancini and all went together flawlessly. All the drive, water and alternator pulleys are aligned like the stars now. Getting close to fire up.
