I have the same H pipe setup on My Bee and GTX. The GTX has headers and the whaa....whaa sound it certain speeds....the Bee has stock hi po exhaust manifolds and has no whaa...whaaa...Every mopar I have driven or friends cars with headers seems to have it regardless of H or X pipe.

I had a drone with HP manifolds, stock resonators, and stock Hemi style mufflers.
I removed the resonators and the drone was slightly better.
I then removed the manifolds and the h-pipe and added headers with two seperate pipes going from front to back and now no drone.

Update- Last night I finished installing the H pipe in my system and it worked great (drone gone) AND the butt dyno is telling me it picked up a few hp which surprised me considering the combo.

No more drone at cruise and the car noticeably winds up faster.
