He has them angled the wrong way.

Understand, with his blade angled to the drivers right, the dirt being pushed to the right is pushing the front wheels to the left, and to resist that left sideways force on the front tires, great traction is gained by leaning the front tires to the drivers right.

I like the mental example of pushing a pencil eraser on a flat surface.
Lean it into the direction of being pushed, it slides along.
Lean it away from (negative camber) the direction it is being pushed, and it "digs in", a good thing.

Sorry, but, no it doesn't.

The load on the right hand side tries to pivot the Grader clock-wise (when in the seat) and rotate the front to the right (into the ditch on a Road job). You have to tilt the wheels to the left to anchor the front if it needs it. I ran a 160m, 140m, and 14G long enough to know.

It's an Amateur running it: he doesn't need any camber at all for a Windrow a foot high, he's ruining the front tires for nothing. Camber adjust is more for doing slopes or if you are trying to dry out heavy wet clay in Road building.

They are a wonderful Machine to run with the hand controls, but I don't miss running one 7 days a week.

Still, nice to see one on here: there's a first for everything. Thanks for posting it up

The grader is pushing dirt to the right,
That pushing is pushing the front wheels to the left.
The pictured camber resists that pushing best.
The amount of dirt being moved is immaterial here, in this context.

I haven't a clue why this point is being debated.

Oh, I do. smirk

Mo'Fart without a sniff of Heavy Equipment knowledge sees a certain User Name in his post and gets in an argument about how to run a Grader...... with a Grader Operator.

Sit down before you embarrass yourself any more.

Need proof? Recognize the Vehicles beside my Grader in these pictures from a certain User Name?
