Sorry, but, no it doesn't.
The load on the right hand side tries to pivot the Grader clock-wise (when in the seat) and rotate the front to the right (into the ditch on a Road job). You have to tilt the wheels to the left to anchor the front if it needs it. I ran a 160m, 140m, and 14G long enough to know.
It's an Amateur running it: he doesn't need any camber at all for a Windrow a foot high, he's ruining the front tires for nothing. Camber adjust is more for doing slopes or if you are trying to dry out heavy wet clay in Road building.
They are a wonderful Machine to run with the hand controls, but I don't miss running one 7 days a week.
