I have a classic air setup in the car already.
can I just use the compressor on the motor?
I am using the mopar crate ecu to control it.
I have seen answers both ways, but they were not specific on the year of the engine.
I know they make a kit for the crate motors and that it is basically a 2014 jeep compressor. but if I can get away without doing it, I would rather.

same with power steering. I believe it is a 2014 ps pump. does it still need the lower pressure spring put in or is that good enough not to blow out seals in a 80 ps box?

Thanks, not a lot of info on the factory piece, but the relief valve is only 30 bucks so might go that route.
good idea, not sure why I didn't think to call them.
they said that it isn't compatible with their expansion valve.
might replace their valve with a factory valve instead of the compressor, but have to do some more research on that.
