When pushed like with a load, or in hilly conditions, the V6 doesn't get much better mileage than the 5.7. But some reports say it is peppier.

Surprised there isn't more posts on this... ya everyone's ripping it apart like they should. You can't make a SLOWER performance car (a muscle car no less, which is supposed to be bang for the buck) and try to sell it for more. The weight is laughable, I keep asking the design guys if the control arms are lead filled, or the motors made of tungsten.... You have to TRY to make a 2 door car that heavy...

Then they went kaboom. Stellantis does not have a track record of producing new products that from the get-go are flawless.

Let us know when you have figured out that Dodges aren't Fords.

LOL. Let me know when Stellantis has their head out of their rectum

Odds are that'll happen before yours is out.

When the turbo 6's come out we'll see what it really weighs but IMO it'll still be 4500lbs min as they're all AWD. They also came out with this "all new" platform in a matter of weeks so I assume its just the old LX platform flipped around to be able to use battery or an engine, other rumors suggest thats all it is but they added some suspension parts from the Giorgio platform (Alfa Giulia)

I know what it weighs.... I'll just say you'll be very disappointed (as I was)...

They didn't come up with the new platform in weeks, it's not an LX it's completely new. It's a good chassis, it handles really well for the weight but ya.... time to get rid of the extra weight. I wish they just did what they did with the LX platform, they grabbed the obsolete E-class platform from Mercedes... they could grab the obsolete Giorgio platform from Alfa.... They could still do it and call it a Cuda. Giulias weigh like 3700 with AWD, and they handle like an automotive scalpel. You cut 2 doors off that, put the T6 in it and you've got something under 4000 lbs....

They use the Giulia platform for the Grand Cherokee. It was seriously looked at for the charger/challenger years back but Kuniskis said it changed the cars into something they weren't (camaro size) and at the time the challenger was out selling the camaro.

They claim the banshee will rival the performance of a hellcat. I want to see both on a drag strip and see who wins!

It'll probably run high 8's but nobody will care ^. Thats if it even makes production, I can't see them spending millions to produce that thing right now...
