Not exclusive to Hemi or A12 cars. Simply a heavy duty 15x6inch steel wheel
Also found on Taxis, police cars etc etc I believe Correct , a friend had a set on a 4 door dodge polara .

Just throwing this out there. https://a12mopar.com/yabb/YaBB.pl?num=1378342086Many of you have either purchased a set of our H Wheels or inspected them at the 2013 Carlisle Show or Nationals via the Glen Ray radiator display. In the following posts, we will accurately describe the details of our wheels including the following; back dimples, H stamp, finish, weld, date coding, valve stem dimples, pricing, and availability.
The Wheel: We start the process with an original wheel with the correct 3 dimple center configuration. We salvage the original center and wrap it with a correctly shaped new 15x6 barrel. The wheel is assembled by a professional wheel manufacturer using thermal expansion of the barrel to seat the center back in. It is then welded to complete the process.
