Wrong grill.
Ugly front seats.
Front inner fenders cut + multiple layers of spray bomb paint to remove.
Where is the door mirror?

I can see a drag racer wanting it maybe, but not sure they'd pay that much for it.

Gotta wonder what the "small spot on the floor" entails, but the car could be a decent deal for the right person.
At this point, its best future is probably as a drag car or a pro-street car.
I haven't seen a rust-free & pretty straight A body under $5,000 in years.
Lots of paint to sand off & butchered aprons APPEAR to be the worst of it.
Most of the red MAY be OK.
Wonder about the rearend & wheel tubs: side photo shows what might be some pretty wide wheels for a Dart, but trunk photo isn't defined enough to determine if it's been mini-tubbed.
If all that has been done, the deal-meter swings more positive, I think.

Of course it is. These cars are 50+ years old and generally pretty valuable. When something reasonably complete and useable comes along at well under $5K, someone is going to grab it. You can't really nitpick a classic car advertised for $3,500 in this day and age..
