I'd love to find my dad's '69 road runner that he bought new.
RM23H9G253495

B5 blue, white bench interior, 383/727 on column, manual steering, manual brakes, no vinyl top.

Bought new in Marion, SC. He sold it around 1971-1972. Not sure if it was sold when he was living in Norfolk, Virginia, while he was in the Navy or if while he was living in Columbia, SC.
Supposedly the guy that bought it moved to Texas.
After a little searching, I believe it is still in Texas.
That's pretty much all I know.
I know it's a long shot, but figured I'd post here anyway.

email me at owensjc@scdot.org
Thanks,
Chip

I was able to find that the title is current and was renewed in Texas on 7/3/2021.
Anyone know how to track down a car's location or owner?

Unfortunately, the easy way - DMV or law enforcement - isn't likely, unless you "know someone".
Maybe try Mopar clubs in TX, or Wes Eisenschemk's '69 RR FB site; I'll assume you've tried a Google search using the VIN.

I've googled everything I could think of. Came across a search site and was able to find that it has been titled and renewed in Texas, but that's all the info it gave. No city or name.
I do have some friends in law enforcement...I'll see what they can do.
I have looked at every road runner registry and website I could find.
There is a musclecar lost and found facebook page I'm going to try and I'll look up the FB road runner page you mentioned. up
Thanks for the suggestions! beer
