yes, opinions differ and that is totally fine. beer

I do love survivors. Even with patina to be honest.
I don't touch anything on the oputside of a car.

One of my Survivors is a 1968 Charger R/T 440, 4-speed car that sat 10 years in a barn. Mice were inside and did damage. Hence the original carpet smells pretty bad and is faded to yellow, too. But I can't bring over myself to swap it out. Drivers seat is worn in the bottom and I don't change it.
I only change technical items (brakes etc).

Most of my survivors drive better than any of the restored cars.
Cars that were never disassembled are a different story exspecially if they aren't driven into the ground.
Rattle free and most things work as they should.

I would probably even let the ugly trunk decal alone on this Cuda.

I'm with Carsten, I wouldn't touch anything on the outside of that Barracuda.

That deck lid didn’t survive and doesn’t jive with the rest of the car.

I want my fair share

It's a "mans" car, manual transmission, steering and brakes.

Cuda 383 4 spd, second generation Cuda a one year only trim, and last year for factory big block A Body, and 4 spd original paint car. If it really is rust free and runs and drives well price is probably in line with current market. But flippers would not touch it at that price no meat left on the bones at that price. Long term that car is likely to go up a lot. I would repaint that engine compartment immediately.
