We are getting rain here today, Sure enough, I have leaks and have also found a few spots on the eaves where the wood has started to darken from water stains. The owner of the company that built the building is coming over on Tuesday to look at it. I hope something can be done as this is really driving me nuts. I hate a roof leak worse than just about anything. Worse thing is, I can't even get up on the roof till it dries up and it seems like that won't happen for a while. Aggravating!!

Hopefully he will have a fix. As mentioned I fought mine for several years. The neighbors idea worked.

have you googled sealing a metal roof? sometimes people come up with simple solutions wink Do keep us posted.
