I've actually got a pressure pot here and a pretty sizeable compressor. But I know that isn't the answer as I don't want to warp it beyond usefulness Thats ok for door jambs and trunk gutters, probably under side and engine compartment.

any thoughts on the blasting process that seems to use a water/sand [?] mixture to wet blast ? a friend of mine does this, and he has offered to do the engine compartment of my charger, but i'm afraid of the water/whatever mix getting inside and ruining my new carpet and other interior items. I did my car this way, HD 3500 psi machine. I used the black beauty media, no warpage anywhere (no heat like dry blasting). I used three 50 pound bags, about two hours to do the whole outside and underhood. I tried to use my little electric machine but it didn’t have the ability to siphon the media out. Once my rotisserie is open I’ll get the car on it to turn upside down to blow all the media out of panels. I decided to go this way because the panels had very fine surface rust, sanding wouldn’t get these tiny pits out like the water-grit can. Squirt it down with Ospho afterwards to help get all the fine rust out.
