I think you are the first. My wagon was basically the same color and never heard that to describe the color....

Love:
- 440
- loaded with options
- interior condition
- interior color
- exterior condition
- an exhaust that doesn't exit under the bumper

Not love:
- not a 9 passenger
- woodgrain (but I'm probably the exception here)
- exterior color. I think bigdad coined the prosthetic limb color description, IIRC.

Just my $.02, a 70s land yacht wagon has to have the 3rd seat to pull the biggest $. A huge part of the nostalgia for many is having ridden around in the rear seat. I think that's a $12k car.

I once had a Duster in about that color - may have been slightly darker - gave it to the girlfriend to drive.
I had a less-appreciative term for it then, but in the grand scheme of things, there may be a worse color...maybe...
It's seemed to me for many years that the cleanest old Mopars are some shade of brown.
