I haven’t seen very many LS7 rods. But I have seen some that were galled on the sides.

I figured the cheap Ti parts would come flowing out of China sooner or later. It makes sense that there would be a surplus of Ti in that part of the world. Russia is/was a huge supplier of Ti a d with the sanctions supply is surely backing up.

Are the big ends of Ti rods coated with moly like the Ti valve stems?

I look at the info below and give a big N F W to the idea of relying on offshore mass-production factories to machine ti properly when history shows they have had issues simply keeping basic crankshaft journal sizing & taper to spec
